However, what makes Copybase unique is how personal each service is, even in the instances where the service might rely on automation. We incur in many expenses every time we accept a service request including talent sourcing, hiring, and expedited onboarding costs to bring your new workforce up to speed, and more; as such, we do not provide complete refunds for any of our active services.

Also, keep in mind that our billing department will issue refunds at their whole discretion. Users unable to provide a valid reason for severing their consulting agreement might be denied any refunds, even if eligible as per the terms above.
