Introduction

Copybase is a modular content OS for Notion designed to help you manage your creative systems, from ideas and content to full publishing workflows.

Here’s how to install it and get started in minutes.

Get Access to Copybase

1. Go to the official Notion marketplace and look up “Copybase”

2. Click “Get Template” when you’re in the template listing

3. You’ll be redirected to the Notion Template page.

4. Choose which Notion workspace you want to install it in (if you have more than one).

5. Wait a few seconds. Notion will automatically copy the full system into your account.

   

Configure Your Workspace

After duplication:

• Rename the template if desired (Copybase → Acme's Copybase, for example).
• Open Product to see the setup dashboard — you’ll find quick instructions and configuration steps there.
• Customize your portal to your liking.

Optional Setup:

• Connect your content databases (e.g., “Ideas,” “Projects,” “Assets”)
• Enable linked dashboards for team use (if collaborating)
